When you submit the free audit form, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name and website URL

When you become a client, we may also handle your customers' contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses) as part of delivering our services.

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the audit report and our services
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To send automated SMS and emails on your behalf (with your authorisation)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our tools:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) - for generating review responses and chatbot replies. Data is processed in the United States.
  • Twilio - for sending SMS messages. Data is processed in the United States.
  • Resend - for sending emails.
  • Make.com - for workflow automation.
  • Vercel - for website and chatbot hosting.

By using our services, you acknowledge that some data may be processed overseas in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to deliver our services. When you cancel your service, we delete your data and your customers' data within 30 days.
